Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: • Master-level degree in Applied Behavior Analysis • 1+ years of doctoral-level coursework or research experience in behavior analysis • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification • Licensure in the state of Utah or able to obtain prior to hire • 1 year experience implementing ABA-based skills assessment and intervention procedures. • Ability to demonstrate essential BCBA job duties • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers

Job Duties:
The Behavior Analyst Supervisor – EIBI (BCBA) assesses needs and develops behavior plans with a focus on skill building. The Behavior Analyst Supervisor functions in a supervisory role and implements direct clinical care services. Responsible for overseeing programming, training and supporting Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians, and training family members in the implementation of behavior plans. • Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of board-certified behavior analysts (BCBA) and registered behavior technicians (RBT). • Applied Behavior Analysis: Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis skills assessment and intervention techniques Use a variety of evidence-based skill acquisition techniques to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Keep current with the literature, new research findings, crisis management prevention and intervention techniques through continuing education and professional association meetings. Responsible for graphing, analyzing data and making database decisions on client progress. • Instruction and Training: Provide model teaching and other direct instructional supports including, but not limited to, practicum supervision/teaching, class instruction and in-service instruction to other support professionals. Provide ongoing support and training to RBTs and other individuals in support roles for families. • Direct Clinical Care Services: Develop behavior plans/treatment plans for all consumers with a focus on teaching and other antecedent strategies for reducing challenging behavior. Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families. Sign off on behavior plan/treatment plan training for all field staff and provide field supervision when necessary. Maintain all data, paperwork, and communication between personal care staff and families in accordance with HIPAA requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned.
